I could have had staff do it, but it makes me aware of what is going on with properties, tenants, etc better when I get out there and check on it.I stopped and got a ton of Furnace Filters and just went knocking unannounced to say I was ensuring they were warm, etc.Can't learn what is going on in the areas, with tenants, with properties just posting on here.

My guess would be $90,000, but that could easily be $150,000 if you can't control the contractors, or as low as $70,000 if you don't have to upgrade anything.

One has to have access to the MLS to see it though none of the third party sites provide it probably not because its top secret info most likely they just didn't include a filter to mine that info.
