I usually take a good look at the electrical system and when you start seeing original components still inservice out in the open then I usually figure in that I could be revamping the whole system piece by piece.

@Alex Heifetz1 - Hyde Park township is distinct from the Hyde Park neighborhood.  2-flats in the neighborhood would be much higher in price.
