This property is a mixture of attached town homes and detached homes (all on an acre of land on "main street" in a historic area which is being revitalized).

This short rant simply came from my though of a mentality of folks agreeing and accepting what they want to hear and often rejecting what they see as an obstacle to their goal.

Still, I make mistakes far more often than is prudent, so if anyone sees a legal obstacle, I'd love to know it.
