No doubt your husband's broker and any lawyer or judge looking at this would provide an even deeper analysis.I'm sure you can understand how this would be in violation of the law, which requires that an agent disclose his status in any real estate transaction.

Throw in that first mortgage payment of $580 and you're looking at $1,247 in outflow and you'd still need to allow for vacancy, maintenance, and management.I'd also want to dig deeper.
