Hi my name is Rob Zavisza and I'm a retired Ships Captain who has been investing in real estate for the past 16 years.  Two years ago I got my realtor's license in Florida to transition from ships captain to realtor.  I started full time in June of this year and have been successful with home sales, commercial and residential listings, I'm currently looking for an investor with some deeper pockets as I have some opportunities that would require an investment of 3 Million for a dirt project that is ready to build houses on.  I have a builder to partner with just need someone to purchase the land for which they would receive a return of 30%.  We have a program that has been very successful in pre-selling new construction houses.  With the shortage of quality houses in the tampa market it lends itself to be very successful in the next few years. The projected house prices would be 600,000-1 Million plus.  All 14 lots have waterfront access to the Alafia River in Riverview.  Gated and ready to go.  

I'm a guy that likes to think outside the box to see what potentials are available with every opportunity.
