I think there is a kind of "pay it forward" mentality among investors.  

It's mentally and physically beneficial to my clients.

My mom says she once mentioned having a daughter, but we haven't been able to verify that or find the daughter to contact her.

They are the people that have the Poor Man's mentality as Robert Kiyosaki describes in his book.Keep your head and keep persisting 

People driving around me probably thought I just got out of a mental hospital.
