The process in Texas is very straightforward and quick but as in all situations in life you don't know what you don't know. 

Let's also say that the property is occupied by a tenant who will be vacating in 30 days and I'm willing to leave it vacant for up to 120 days as needed to complete the assumption process.

NOI/variance, weekly leasing updates)- Tenant screening process (what software do you use to vet tenants and set them up once they are approved, how do you keep track of marketing/, do you handle lease preparation, how do you handle tenants that pay rent late (or not at all), etc.)
