go to HD & menard's cuz decent prices and they have most stuff in stock. as you're finding out, time is $. plus, it's so much more convenient in terms of return policy, close to the jobsite, etc.i have gone to RESTORE before, however when I see something they have online, I go there and it's sold out. you can get a significant discount at some of these finds but i'm busy enough to have to shop around forever to save a couple bucks.i go on craigslist for appliances.

Matt, Not knowing much on the CA area, I will speak in generalities.Know the value, on something like this with a 5/1 ARM you are gambling plain and simple, your rolling the dice on your bet that in 5 years time you will be sitting in XYZ position, the financial industry will be XYZ, housing industry, local market, YOUR income, so on and so fourth.

But if I could send a drone to do the walk through sending me video footage that I could view at my convenience, i cpuld have my assistant take all that time and have him work on marketing programs to buy non-mls properties ...now if you could program software so rei-drone  would tap into the showing services access codes on an as need basis,  so it wouldnt have to wait for access codes, that be helpful and speed up the process.... some ideas .... for your sake I hope someone else has a few needs that are easier to create software programs for..
