I am trying to find a way to get notice of default list, When I go over to the court house basically all they give me is what is out on the board and it tells you when it will be auctioned off. I would like to know when them home owner(s)  start getting late on their payments not when it is auctioned off. Is there a good site to buy this info or when I go to the courthouse who or what should I ask for. thanks!
