We have a go-to electrician and have been through several heating and cooling companies- it is hard to find anyone who can work on boilers consistently, and half our properties have boilers.Our rentals are a 15 minute drive away, and it's an odd week if I am not driving by at least once.

There may not be a bunch but if you’re consistent in your marketing and making offers you will find deals.That being said you can absolutely flip remotely if you know what you’re doing but you need to have a solid team in place where you are flipping.

The main leads you want to focus on are the HOT leads (For Sale By Owner -FSBO, expired, incoming buyer leads) and the warm leads (personal circle/sphere of influence).Focus on speaking to as many people within a specific time block each day and do it consistently.
