Mindy,I'm not sure having this topic on the FAQ will be a great idea, as it is a very complex subject and I'm not sure if any legal liability will fall on BP or the posters when someone breaks the state law somewhere and claim that BP told them to do it.

Hi all,@Neil GuldenFWIW, I believe that KSC attendance is down recently (posted 10.23.2019) and there are several very large apartment complexes (commercial) that have popped up over the past 2 years within 200 yards of North side of campus, and a couple more that appear geared (without discriminating) toward young professionals, specifically in the old Colony Mill complex roughly .5 miles from the NW corner of campus which already has an awesome brew pub (Elm City Brewery) onsite, and the other in the old brick Keene Middle School (which I attended) located just up Washington St. off Central Square... queue Jumanji stampede scene :).Cheers!

I found it to be an easy read concerning a complex topic, well organized with a great level of detail.The challenge I’m finding is there are TONS of rules and if not followed properly the penalties can be very expensive.

Experts are wrong all the time and you should take all "expert" forecasts with a huge grain of salt because nobody can consistently and accurately predict the future, especially for very complex things like the economy.
