The multi family market here is very competitive also.

Those zip codes are hot but the competition is high and things are moving VERY quick.

As a buyer's agent, your Realtor should know the little things they can do on the offer to make it more competitive.

There is still competition but deals exist, just tough to find.

Also rental prices seem to be dropping with the pressures and competition from AIRBNB as the market is flooding with so many new STRs.
