Sorry for the delay in response, been trying to battle my way through a cold/flu/spider monkey bite the last few days.

The ground wire is probably connected to a cold water pipe inside the wall and came loose.

Worst part about MI is that ot's too cold for me!

During single digit cold winter night, the drain from upstairs apartment running down this wall froze and blew outside pipe joint open.

I get where they're coming from - but it's still funny.The "number of properties owned" doesn't really say anything definitive about a person's wealth, income or experience (similar to Michael Siekerka's point earlier in this thread).It's kind of like judging an athlete based SOLELY on how much they can bench press.
