That’s great news, because as an investor yourself, you benefits from having a diverse selection of deals from which to choose.

Finding and choosing reliable, quality people is where I see this option being an issue, along with the time, which with 2 little ones at home on top of working full time is tough to come by.

Agents and loan officers often steer their buyers to business associates, but the buyer still chooses.  

As a renter, I will always choose a unit with a ceiling fan over those without when AC isn't an option.

The developer has a great reputation, has been in business for 13 years, and has built dozens of SFH's and MFH's in the area.
