As a broker working mainly with investors and also looking for myself, I run into many more deals then the average bear, so your right I am aware of a lot of available deals that are not common knowledge.

@Keith DavidsonMake sure you google your states law on returning deposits as many people from other states will give you answers based on the law in their state Keith- In Texas we are not required to keep security deposits in an escrow or interest bearing account.
