You can get a good idea of what the market will bear in that area…Don’t worry about real estate agents.

As a broker working mainly with investors and also looking for myself, I run into many more deals then the average bear, so your right I am aware of a lot of available deals that are not common knowledge.

Considering Jim Cramer's predictions on Bear Sterns, I'm not sure he wants that title....

Then again, I'm not a financial professional.David J Dachtera I agree, it is much ado about nothing, and I don't the think the average bear financier would bother pursuing or even caring for that matter.

Once again, advise them, the list price should have no bearing on their offer... if the numbers work, the numbers work.

@Keith DavidsonMake sure you google your states law on returning deposits as many people from other states will give you answers based on the law in their state  Keith- In Texas we are not required to keep security deposits in an escrow or interest bearing account. 

The $10,000 in escrow was returned by the escrow company WITH OUT INTEREST (contract stated escrow is in an interest bearing account).
