I am looking for a pre-foreclosure/ vacant/  type property in a good neighborhood (around central and some parts of north jersey).

With more people being able to work from remote locations, they will look for a mid-term rental near their preferred activity area...skiing, beach, mountains, etc.

Some of the ski towns are interesting as well and will likely see huge appreciation as a lifestyle market.  

My entire ski condo is decked out in Ikea - including the furniture, mattress, plates, silverware, etc.They are geniuses at creating decent looking stuff for half the price you'd pay elsewhere.
