Anyone around springfield/ hoboken area?

I am from springfield , NJ. I am looking for a pre-foreclosure/ vacant/  type property in a good neighborhood (around central and some parts of north jersey). I want to either sell it to wholesaler then or find a construction partner to work with to fix and share profit.

Are there any meet ups for local RE people around this area? I would like to join and meet/ network with people around here
