From an investor's standpoint, condos usually come with HOA's (which can kill cash flow and fees can increase dramatically out of the investor's control.)Not to say that there are not any investors who purchase this type of property, but most experienced pros tend to stay away, baring some unusual circumstances, such as a condo conversion opp, or the incredible sellers market from 2002-2006 in CA, Vegas, AZ, FL, etc.

I love, love, LOVE article marketing.On the site I just sold, I had one article going to it that was responsible for 18,000 click-throughs alone (on a very competitive keyword), not to mention tons of other supplemental keywords.Articles are an INCREDIBLE way to get traffic, be perceived as an expert, build up backlinks, get more exposure, and a zillion other phenomenal things.Great post :)

I would like to build my portfolio quickly but I can't go more than a couple of months without a paycheck. 50 properties in 90 days would be incredible, but not probable.The idea behind the commercial/business loans was based on the thinking that the business plan would pay for it's self.

Hello Ayaz-I couldn't agree more with Robin and the others- There are plenty of books, seminars, and courses on real estate investing but as far as real-life interactive forums this BP website is an incredible resource.
