@Michael Quarles I also agree that having them sign the contract the day of the appointment allows no time for "extra thinking"I am just trying to get an idea of what I would be most comfortable with.

Always assume half. take that number and times it by the number of appointments you need to go on to gain a contract.

I'm doing exactly that now- partnering with a local investor (who I met at REIA) who is experienced w/ those types of deals.Have set up two different appointments on leads I received which I believe are very-possible sub2 deals, and he agreed after doing his own research.

There was a formula that stated that X amount of calls would lead to X amount of appointments which would lead to X amount of sales.
