I don't think it's wise to take a closets away from renters in one bedroom units. 

He didn't find any accessory apartment and claimed that I have a basement bedroom egress window installed without permit (by the previous owner).

Most of the houses are single level, 2-3 bedrooms on similar size lots. 

And if there is a vacancy of the unit, you need to come up with whole $2,129 per month (and that can easily turn into an expensive 2-bedroom apartment).Some would argue that you have to live somewhere so this is a win.

Even if they restrict their guests to their bedroom, you will still have to clean any surfaces that they touch.

This model has worked well for me and these last two weeks are the most inquiries I’ve ever received.If you have a small studio or one bedroom unit that you have had a tough time renting this may be a great opportunity for you.

While the market is very hot in our area and houses are moving quickly, I am puzzled why comparable houses (number of bedrooms, bathrooms,  total sq. ft) that sold within the last 2-3 weeks were not included in the report, while those that sold almost a year ago are included. 

I'm looking at multifamilys with 6 or more bedrooms (or potential for additional bedrooms) in the East Side neighborhood 02906.

There is a 2 bedroom/1bathroom apartment for sale for $65,000.
