I for one attended a certain guru with a business partner.

Attend every meeting possible, bring a pen and paper and introduce yourself to three or more people at every meeting.

I think I'll get a guest pass and attend one of the events and go from there.

On and on and on..........I will be attending a free visit to a local real estate investment club on the 21st, hoping to meet some locals and get myself refocused in a single direction.So this is my introduction and I am trying to get my name out there to see what feedback and if there are any locals on here that can help me get my head straight.I welcome all feedback, and look forward to conversing with as many as possible.

I don't have a buyers list yet, but will be attending some auctions and REIA meetings to network and make some contacts.  

I would suggest you attend the mobile home park bootcamp (through MHU) ASAP if you are serious about moving into this asset class.
