It's one thing to have an office in Los Angeles and another in San Diego... but it's something else entirely to have an "office" in Los Feliz, Woodland Hills, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale (all part of Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for those who aren't familiar with those barrios).

I will have to dig up old photos if I still have them but one of the worst was a dump in San Antonio where I finally got the tenants out and then went to rehab it myself only to find myself running out of the house to yack in the front yard from the smell of many pounds of dog feces inside the house.
