Once you get to 3-4 units, then it will make sense, or the insurance company will force you, to move to a comercial policy.

Small add-ons (that the competition may not offer) can make a difference, too (depends on your market, but it could simply be providing appliances, a pets on approval policy, more parking/storage, etc)......

Are there policies of the various candidates (and/or parties) that may pose more of a threat than others to REI in general, i.e. immigration/amnesty/deportation, minimum wage increases, etc?  

I've always thought that the bank picking up the tab for the owner's title policy would outweigh any additional fees their title companies charge the buyer.

Depends on what bills and the policy of the company/jurisdiction that they are owed to.
