I've been interested in investing in rental properties for a while and i was wondering if anyone had any tips?

These are just the tip of the iceberg.

I’m also fairly new, and what’s been very helpful to me is the site itself.

I’ve currently listed my vacant duplex on their site. 

I do commercial property management and 100% of my sites are long distance, sometimes in small towns where it’s tough to get word of mouth recommendations.

We are on-site at our property 10 hours a day and we still don't get to everything in 48 hours (excepting of course emergency repairs).
