Manufactured homes lose value fast, are much much harder to finance, appraise very poorly.

I see some areas of manufactured homes and some condos near the ocean.

Like Chatt has a huge outdoor scene, so we have insane eco tourism, we also have the fastest internet in the country so that brings tech folks to us, and we have an influx of manufacturing in the last decade and some change.

Employment seemed somewhat diverse with roughly 25% in manufacturing, 25% in ag, and the rest kind of spread out. 

With that being said, I'd like to address the "Guru" hatred on here and try to get some of you to see this from another point of view.I am an autoworker employed by a major car manufacturer in Texas.
