Just as an aside to the SFH positive cashflow discussion...What is the typical difference in rent rates of a SFH vs. a unit in a multi-unit given the same # of beds/baths and square footage?

You should also double check the details on your property because we have had issues where they had the wrong square footage, wrong number of bedrooms, etc. and this can also greatly affect your taxable value.
