If not you can ask them if they know a broker that fit your criteria.

I should have the room to fit a closet in there no problem.

Is it better to demolish or to adjust what has already been built to fit compliance?

I was unaware of the NACA program and will review their information to see if it fits my criteria and long term goals.My goal at this time is to exit my apartment and 'househack' a MFR for 1-2 years and become a part time investor by continuing to work my FT job.

We would be interested in flipping it in less than 2 months, so the scope of work would need to fit within that time frame (mostly because we would like to be doing at least 8-10 flips per year).  

I am willing to run open houses on the weekends but not sure how I would fit any floor time into my schedule as it is now.

Why don't you define what kind of LIFE you want (not career) and then fit a career/job into that life.
