You can also link duplicate fields together, like tenant name at beginning of lease and below where they need to sign, and you just enter data in one field and it is auto populated to ask linked fields.

If it's in your own individual names then you need to enter into a Tenancy-In-Common Agreement (assuming you hold title as "Tenants-In-Common").

But I am not a MF developer so just personal thought.One thing we did with our project in Canby is have one floor plan with with a Casita / office with an external entrance and an option to enter from the main house..
