I'm hoping to attain my MLO License and was wondering if there are any recommendations for study material in order to prepare for the Colorado Mortgage Loan Originator Exam?

Hi everyone, the last 8 years I mainly focused on a company I co-founded that developed mobile apps.

I'm a new member to BP and just recently moved to Denver, CO and renting to survey different areas before potentially buying a primary residence and househacking it to offset mortgage costs.

From there, if there’s a contract connecting someone else (person, LLC, management co, etc), that can be navigated based on the language in the contract.  

Also, the Best Ever Conference 2020 if you can make it up to Denver.

So myself and 2 co-workers who all share a common interest in REI have decided to team up and form a 3 way partnership to help split the duties and financial risks between us.

That wording alone makes it seem like the turnkey co is fairly sure they’ve priced it over likely appraisal.

I am working to co-wholesale deals with other investors and I am acting as the dispositions arm of the co-wholesale meaning I am bringing buyers while the other partner is bringing properties.

Two separate MLS's actually overlap in my town (IRES and RE Colorado).
