I'm not sure if that is a feature exclusive to paid members, so the best way to know would be by clicking the "grey profile personal" bubble in the upper right side of the screen and playing around in the "Personal Profile" area.

I think that deals are still getting done everywhere, even in NJ where we had a hard stop, but we still have to get out ahead into the future so we don't get bogged down by all the negatives of the present.

I was thinking of selling my income property in Oakland (Duplex, worth around 800k with 450K 1st, $4,500 pm income) and buy a property in Las Vegas (Single Family, priced at 680k, Vacant, $3500 potential income, house hacking).I was about to go ahead with the agent but I wanted to see if there was a way I could leverage the other property so I could keep it as I just completed a Loan Mod at 2% interest only (for 5 years) , so I have some significant positive cashflow (around 3k PM).My credit is pretty bad (560) as I recently completed a chapter 13.

I can look at my website stats and see how many visited my website, how many clicked the form, and how many filled it out.If you might think brokers and agents are overpaid then you really would not like the checks that I make.

Because I trained my tenants to call me ahead of time with issues and confront the issue, instead of lying or avoiding them, that is exactly what my tenant that could not pay the rent did.
