I can't say I know much about the canadian market (or anything at all) but some things hold true anywhere: First thing you need to do is identify your end goal.

You also want to ask about recency of the numbers, whether they identify if its a mobile number or not and how quickly they get it back to you.From there, you can call, text, mail, email and even run social ads to get in front of those prospects.

I think with the broker he was more concerned about his social media and doing big deals rather than running the loan for my "small" deal.

However, I’m hesitant now because I’m concerned that the tenants may not follow proper hygiene and social distancing protocols which would heighten the risk of exposure especially if one of them gets infected.Which brings up a reasonable question;If you decide to try this, would you include these concerns in your house rules and on a more sensitive note, would you require your tenants to be vaccinated to qualify?
