Investment property lenders

My business partner and I are trying to acquire an 80k-100k property in Delaware. We had a bad experience with a mortgage broker, and then were not able to be funded by rocket mortgage due to the price of the investment property(85k) and how many fees/points they'd have to charge to fund the loan. Has anybody run into this? Are there any lenders that would fund a deal like this?

PS:

- credit scores close to 800

- have money for down-payment and closing costs

@Jonathan Hatton Hey Jonathan thanks for the reply. I think with the broker he was more concerned about his social media and doing big deals rather than running the loan for my "small" deal. He missed several appointments and was quite unprofessional. Quicken loans denied us because of the amount of points they would have to charge for how much we were applying for. A local bank just informed me yesterday that we have been approved, so now I have a pre approval to get the ball rolling. Appreciate the response.
