There is a tendency to broad stroke a "universal" solution when depending on various factors; geography, competitors and market conditions, create isolated results.

The Act is to be broadly interpreted.

In my county in NC it's pretty broad who can do this (the exact wording on the form states 'agent of the plaintiff').

Funny thing is i was looking all over the internet etc looking, when all i had to do was call the line at the local REIA and received the contact information for these individuals.
