@Vina OkoThe good news is the color isn’t an indicator of the toxicity of a mold or mildewToxic molds can be a variety of colors and are a problem when the spores produce into the air and stop lungs from functioning.Most likely in a washer that is front loaded you are not dealing with something toxic.If you have a mold allergy use caution when cleaning.

A few plants (hydrangeas are nice and grow well there) by the house, make sure you leave them far enough away from the house to allow them to get air flow and grow.Not sure if there is enough space to add shutters as the distance between the door and window looks tight.
