Closed and am all good, used the new 5% multifamily product that came out last November 

Now, I am able to pay off bigger chunks with a goal of being 'zeroed out' on the heloc by 1/1/25. 

So far I am not seeing it or hearing it. 

I have or am in the process of closing on 7 SFHs this month.

I am bothered by the casual nature in which Diem speaks about her bankruptcy in that it seems to be one of convenience rather than necessity. 

I am newish to out of state investing.

I am adding two more projects beside my marketing business Selllandinusa.com and topcashofferinusa.com What do you think about the idea, goal is to rank the websites and do JVs with investors here.

I have made the county aware but am waiting for judge to decide if sale will go thru by I am worried since they dont guarantee clear title they are going to deny my claim for refund. 

But it does drive me nuts when I am standing in front of one of new builds and the boys are having lunch and then just drop their drink and the bag and wrappers on the ground where they are standing and walk away.. then I come up and pick it up and tell them what the F guys some dont speak english.. but they get the drift when I am staring at them Of course many dont realize also I am the owner LOL..
