I am a Realtor, so I listed it on MLS and had professional pix taken with virtual staging used.

And virtually anybody can become a member with them. 

They could not get into a place as nice as our place with their current credit history even if we indicate they have never missed a payment (they have been late but virtually every time they let us know prior).  

This is for a well established STR that has virtually zero vacancy. 

Until then, it's virtual...and up for grabs as far as sustainability.

Basically, they're mis-managed and I feel like I'm paying for a admin assistant, except more expensive.Now that software exists which helps do many of the things that pained me, I'm wondering if it makes more sense to save the $, go back to doing it myself as things just don't seem to be handled properly, and perhaps get a virtual assistant if someone needs an after hours emergency contact?
