I never said I would have zero skin in the game, but there is no way I could do an amount that large without an alternative method.

Fines.Lots of folks tear them down here or partially destroy them.Use a legal marketing method instead of breaking the law for profit.

A great investment, imo, and one I funded through a method not often mentioned; a loan against a whole life insurance policy I've held for a while.

By knowing that answer it allows you to then select the area, and investment strategy.There are many Techniques, methods, etc, etc.. but don't get lost in the library either or start thinking you don't know enough to start. 

Your method of buying out interests is quite creative and will require some research, but I will look into it.

I never get why this method is so low on the priority list.They provide actual data of REAL owners who OWN rentals in the target market.
