I'm sure these noob posts get tiring, but I really have been spending a ridiculous amount of free time on these boards reading posts, listening to podcasts, etc., so hopefully none of these questions are TOO basic. 1.

The brewery is getting great press, one of the tire shops is getting replaced with a nursery specializing in drought tolerent lands scaping.

@Steve Babiak  ya Texas  MS  AL GA all those areas if you don't have central air it can be pretty miserable ..I was speaking about MS  as that's were I encountered these rules...I got tired of our condenser units getting stolen and wanted to put in window units but that was a no go for the hud contracts we had

I would tell the landlord that you're tired of throwing away money on rent and plan to purchase a house.

They just might be tired of being a landlord and happy to get out....

Of course, there were times where they were a little tired of constantly living in a construction zone but they were happy to be living in a large house cheaper than any place they could have rented.

He is tired of driving 5 or 6 hours every time something goes wrong at the property.He is asking for $37,000 - so essential my offer is for that amount, $5,000 down (i pay closing costs) he is financing $32,000.

It tells the seller you are seriously interested and not just tire kicking.
