There are books to help you "learn" how to estimate rehabs, but without experience it is just educated guessing.

Not saying that will get you out of trouble but it will help as you're building your case if there is black mold. virtually every rehab homes has black mold in it.. .. we just spray it with Clorox and call it a day.. but I get it .. there are different kinds and I guess the wrong kind can make you sick.. boy you should see some of the homes we go into IE hoarder homes they look like full blown petre dish's mold of every variety and they seem to be OK..

Do that and you will not have any problems.Don't ever miss a payment again.If you can not pay all of September on time I suggest you pack your bags.My guess is your landlord does not know how to evict legally (majority do not) and will likely not be successful.

From the way you phrased your question above, @Anurag Bhalla , I'll guess you were asking the wrong question since this is what all escrow and title companies do.You don't add your name to a second lien on a property.
