Because they own the entire system (from the agent, to the title company), they charge what they want, and put people into expensive deals that would not otherwise suit them.

I filed suit against him for the last months rent and he paid rather than go to court.

Ok so Today I sent out 200 more YL's and its to my new target area which I think will be better suited for my plan of attack.

The title company doesn't owe on this claim and they aren't just going to pay it if the owner names them in a suit.
