I know there are people on here much, much wiser than me, but I will say that ....I have never known HW to be a Turn-Key Provider.....In fact, I do everything I can to stay away from Turn-Key Providers for the most part, but that's a topic for a different thread.HW charges 1st month's rent....then 10% each month thereafter, etc.The other company I use charges 1/2 of the first month's rent then 9% thereafter, etc.Although I have been satisfied by both...guess which one I have spent more money with.....The second company.
