I have some knowledge on how to give a rough estimate of repairs but I was wondering if any fix and flippers could tell me how they estimate repairs for a single family home virtually? 

I will  share any knowledgable CPA's that I may come across!

I know there are people on here much, much wiser than me, but I will say that ....I have never known HW to be a Turn-Key Provider.....In fact, I do everything I can to stay away from Turn-Key Providers for the most part, but that's a topic for a different thread.HW charges 1st month's rent....then 10% each month thereafter, etc.The other company I use charges 1/2 of the first month's rent then 9% thereafter, etc.Although I have been satisfied by both...guess which one I have spent more money with.....The second company.

Too many new investors try to gloss over the fact that the loan will stay in the sellers name when they are doing business.
