😂🤣😂I invest in crypto for a little fun but if I suddenly got 10 mil and had to park it in one spot it certainly wouldn’t be one of the most volatile forms of investment in all time.  

That’s the sweet spot in my markets.

Also, OKC is quickly growing as a hot spot for new careers as it's fairly affordable to live here.

I was in a similar spot when deciding to move away from single family.

Could a landlord potentially have a small amount of say peeling paint in a safe spot to intentionally fail and get around the mandate.  

It is in that order, never let them sign with no certified funds in your hand, if they don't pay you end up in a tough spot. 

The repair cost are spot on I had a contractor look.

Your next post is spot on; the PA registration does not indicate much about any contractor - they obtained insurance and paid to get registered.
