But Mike is right, in low balance notes it can be fairly common that BPO agents overstate value based on a property's exterior condition.For the 2nd note, you need a credit report to get clear on the senior lien status (a current senior lien is obviously best since a borrower most likely has a source of revenue and paying the 1st indicates that the borrower probably wants to stay in the home).
