And despite the gas pumps not working, assuming you had a car that had at least a half a tank of gas you still didn’t really need 30 days of food for self sustenance.

Be prepared for a shark fest because at that price point of 70k to 90k, you will have lots of competition from all over the world.

Never know what could happen; property is worth less than you thought, maybe your financing and it tanks, turns out your can't get it sold to someone else, roof bad and the walls are full of mold, or any of 100 other things.

Some of the things that can give you issues getting coverage for these types of policies:- Knob & Tube or Aluminum wiring- Flat Roofs- Tentants with prohibited types of dogs - Pre 1980's homes that do not have a Lead Safe certificate- Underground Tanks (active or inactive)These are just some of the underwriting issue we see.
