In my friends mind since that unit has been trouble free I don't deserve any pay.I pointed out to him that other units have not been and I have had to make multiple calls to them with no additional pay..so to be paid for every unit is fair.Imagine if you had contracted to PM a 40 unit apt building for a rate of $3000 a year and only 20 required attention other than lease-ups.
