Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

You need a quality handyman crew and/or a quality contractor for rehabbing and/or fixing issues that come up.

The quality of debt entirely depends on your investment strategy, risk tolerance, and financial situation.

But their website and materials they have sent me are a little lower quality than I would expect from a reputable lender.So, I am doing some verifying here to see if anyone else has ever had any experience with them.

If your doing the kitchen, I would recommend a local wholesaler, they can give you competitive pricing and better quality than Home Depot.

Updating the house allowed us to demand a higher rent in the area and get a better quality of tenant.

It's going to take awhile to get the right price for good quality work but I think it's worth it.Other than that, hope everything goes smoothly!
