So, if you pay all cash, even with a higher positive cash flow, it will take you a lot longer to "break even", than if you used financing.

They still retain first lean position even after the transfer of title and your title company will make you sign something recognizing the existing lien.Hope this is the info you were looking for.

I am a life long resident and have seen many positive changes to the city.

That being said, I was considering building a low cost franchise opportunity to people who struggle, like single mom's and the elderly who live on fixed incomes, allowing them to rent an apartment from me and the could rent the rooms out themselves.With the right team I see a win win, but I wanted some feedback.
