@Zeke Sanchez another great tip with VA loans, is that VA will only let you have one VA loan at a time.

Here's just one example: https://www.courts.ca.gov/docu...I'm no expert, but it appears your tenant can request a "pre-inspection" up to two weeks prior to departure to get an idea of what they can expect and for you to give them cleaning tips.

Also, any tips on building a list of them?

I checked on Better.com and don’t qualify even above $200k yet.Anyone have ideas or tips on what I can do to boost my credit history in order to qualify for larger loans?
