Hear me out… What if I created a platform called “Rate My Contractor” where you can give the contractor you use as an investor a rating fir fellow investors, we can turn into a discord as well specifically for that purpose.

Is there anyone on this platform who has experience or advice for someone just starting out?

Is there a way or platform to post to target nurses for tenants ?

I would recommend you look into a platform like Cozy/Apartments.com which is free and which is designed to receive rent.

Mine comes in waves also, but I don't have a career or young kids anymore.Do you have a platform like Nabur or Nextdoor you could seek motivated HS laborers? 

Like many other rental management platforms, it keeps my cleaners updated automatically.
