I would encourage you to get some education, whether it's Eddie Speed, Scott Carson, Dave Van Horn, Note Force Academy, Google University or any other company.

@Dustin Willyerd I would encourage you to either heavily educate yourself or bring in a JV partner that has the knowledge of how to work the note space and that will teach you as you go through the process.

It's great to be able to start out with the confidence that an encouraging parent can help provide. 

I've heard a lot of situations recently, where long-time hosts are being punished, even when guests lie about stuff, and get thrown off the platform.

Still working out money details, so I don't have those totally clear yet, but the City seems very encouraging and I know thats a good thing.
